Powdered Milk Use anywhere
  • Add ½ - ¾ cup to each pound ground meat
  • Equal parts dried milk to oatmeal/cream of wheat before cooking

Easy Cheesy Potato Soup
-          2 cups milk
-          2 tablespoons flour
-          2 tablespoons margarine, melted
-          1 teaspoon salt
-          Dash pepper (as tolerated)
-          1 Potato, cut into chunks
-          1 cup canned peas
-          1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Heat until thickened and serve.



Alfredo Noodles
-          8 oz. (about 4 cups) cooked egg noodles
-          1/2 cup butter
-          ½ cup heavy cream
-          1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-          1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
-          salt and pepper to taste
